Thomas J. Longe

Thomas J. Longe is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Trianon Companies. For over twenty five years he has been involved in the acquisition, development, management and financing of commercial, hospitality and residential real estate developments. The Trianon Companies specialize in the development of Class A office, retail shopping centers and independent hospitality properties. Trianon currently owns and manages numerous properties throughout Southwest Florida. Mr. Longe is also a Partner of The Longe Company, and economic/management and economic consulting company. Over the years, Mr. Longe has held executive management positions in their portfolio companies with a specialty in operational/financial management.

Mr. Longe is the Vice Chairman, CEO, President and Chairman of the Executive Committee of TIB Financial Corporation, the third largest publicly traded bank holding company in the state of Florida (NASDQ:TIBB); and is Chairman of TIB Bank, its main subsidiary which is a 35 year old $1.7 billion dollar community bank. Over the years, Mr. Longe has served as Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees and Chairman of TIB Financial Corporation.

Mr. Longe began his career in Detroit, Michigan as a credit analyst and loan officer for Comerica Bank. He later moved to Columbus, Ohio and worked for Bank One in commercial real estate. Mr. Longe graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the University of Detroit with a Masters of Business Administration.

Darren Robertshaw

Darren Robertshaw is the Vice President of Hospitality for the Trianon Hotel Company. He oversees all aspects of hospitality and is involved in the development of additional hotel properties. He has been with the Trianon Hotel Company since 1997.

Not many hoteliers learn their profession by working in three of the world's most famous Mobil 5-star, Triple A, 5-Diamond Resorts. In 1983 Darren Robertshaw joined the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel Hotel in the Stewarding Department. Taking on more responsibility in management; he eventually managed every Food and Beverage outlet at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel Hotel. He was appointed to open the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis Hotel, as the Beverage Manager and later was promoted to the Director of Banquets for the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, California. He was part of the Opening Teams at the Ritz-Carlton Cancun, Mexico and Ritz-Carlton Seoul Korea.

Darren then refined his hotel experience by working as Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Catering and Director of Operations for the Ritz-Carlton, Naples. At this time the Ritz-Carlton, Naples was rated the number one hotel in the country and number 5 in the world in the Conde' Nast Travel Magazine.

Darren is an active member of the Bonita Spring Business Community. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Bonita Springs Community Foundation and the Bonita Springs YMCA. He is a past President of The Collier County Hotel & Lodging Association where he currently sits on the Board. Darren is a founding member of the FGCU Resort & Hospitality Management Program, and is currently Chairman of the Steering Committee. Darren serves as the Scholarship Chairman of the Culinary and Hospitality Education Foundation of Southwest Florida of which he represents the Bonita chapter of The Chaine des Rotisseurs. Darren is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, 2007-2008, a graduate of the 2001- 2002 Leadership Bonita class and he is the current Chairman of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board.

He was honored as Chamber Member of the Year in 2001-2002 and Director of the Year in 2004. He was recently selected as the Bonita Springs Citizen of the Year 2009 by the The Banner, The Bonita Daily News and The News-Press.
