Our spectacular award-winning Gulf of Mexico beaches known worldwide for magnificent sunsets and pristine white sands are short walk away here in Old Naples.  Stretching for nine miles they are easily accessible from the historic Pier and more than forty access points citywide (many with benches and showers). 

Our quiet residential setting is two blocks off cosmopolitan Fifth Avenue - home to world-class shopping and dining, nightlife entertainment and cultural arts of the Sudgen Theatre and von Liebeg Art Center.

Equally close is Cambier Park, site of art fairs, concerts at the Bandshell, and expansive children’s playground.  Here too is the prestigious, fully staffed Allen Tennis Center open to the public

Walk in minutes to Third Street South with innovative restaurants, art galleries, fine restaurants, fashion boutiques and design stores for the home.  Waterfront dining, the Trolley, and boat cruises are steps away at Tenth Street where the shops of Tin City are located.

Walking down Eighth Street you will come upon Crayton Cove with more restaurants, art galleries and the City Docks.  Here you can charter boats for fishing, sailing, or just sightseeing along Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Nearby downtown are the unique shopping destinations of Village at Venetian Bay, Waterside Shops and Mercato Center.  The Philharmonic Center for the Arts offers symphony concerts, national touring companies and popular music, and significant collections of the Naples Art Museum. 

The Naples Zoo is fully accredited and alongside is the Conservancy Nature Center that offers canoe tours, walking trails, and children's educational Center and programs.

Southwest Florida is equally well-known for numerous challenging golf courses, professional sporting events including Major League Baseball spring training, casino gaming, and as one of nation's premier destinations for outdoor enthusiasts. 

Nature adventures beckon from Ding Darling National Preserve just north in Sanibel to south at Everglades National Park.  Along the Gulf beaches in Bonita Springs are beautiful State Parks.  On Marco Island visit the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center.  Among many popular field trip outings are the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and Big Cypress National Preserve.
