Requests for Meeting Facilities in the Plaza with no room Nights may only be booked 45 days prior to the Event. Requests for the Meeting Facilities in the Promenade can be booked at anytime.

Meeting Facilities with a minimum of 10 Room Nights may be booked at any time. If rooms are cancelled meeting room will cancelled automatically.

All Meeting Facilities may be booked through a Guest Services Coordinator or Hotel Manager.
